In remembrance of Snook, Get Everything U Foundation and Snook’s family, in conjunction with the Cincinnati Scholarship Foundation, established the Raepheal “Snook” Dell Memorial Scholarship Fund to honor his life, his memory and his legacy for generations of student-athletes to come.
One scholarship will be awarded/renewed annually equal to $2,500 per academic year no more than $2,500 total. This scholarship is renewable for no more than a total of four years unless the college degree program requires five years.

One new scholarship will be awarded to an eligible applicant once a renewing student graduates or no longer meets eligibility criteria.

The scholarship award is payable to the institution where the applicant will attend.
To qualify for this scholarship, an applicant must meet these criteria:
i. Must be an African American graduating high school senior from the Cincinnati Public School District.
ii. Must be on the football team while attending high school and must be committed to play football at a Division 3 or NAIA school (National Association of Intercollegiate athletics).
1. If there are no applicants that meet the above criteria then the following priorities apply in order:
a. Priority 2: Must participate in organized athletics program/team in high
school and must participate in organized athletics/team in college at a Division 3 or NAIA school.
b. Priority 3: Must participate in organized athletics program/team in high
school and major in the areas of mental health in college.
c. Priority 4: Must major in the areas of mental health in college.
iii. Be accepted into an accredited, non-proprietary college or university seeking to obtain a bachelor’s degree.

About Raepheal "Snook" Dell
Raepheal Dell was the son of Ms. Charity West (Davis) & Raepheal Dell. Raepheal, better known as “Snook”, received his diploma from Hughes STEM High School in the Cincinnati Public School District. Snook loved to play baseball but his number one passion was always football from the tender age of four until his untimely passing. He was a member of Western AA Warriors, Hughes STEM High School and Bluffton University. Snook will always be remembered for his smile, caring heart and his outgoing personality.
